From Charleston, take I-77 North to the Tuppers Creek exit #111. Turn left and follow Tuppers Creek Road about 1.3 miles to Sissonville Drive (Rt. 21). Turn right and go North on Sissonville Drive 2 miles. Blaines Tavern is on the right.
